ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging.
Certain types of merchandise are not eligible for return, such as perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software, and specific health and personal care items.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, including items showing obvious signs of use, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, open cassettes, or vinyl records.
Sale items are eligible for a refund only if they are at the regular price.
REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy extends for 14 days. No refunds will be issued beyond this period.
CASE 1: EXCHANGE We only replace defective or damaged items (reported within 14 days).
CASE 2: REIMBURSEMENT
· To initiate a return, please send an email to our support team (returns by phone are not accepted).
· Our support team will furnish you with the return address (please attach the pre-validation email).
SPECIAL CASE: Refund request with PayPal/Stripe Please ensure to document the defective product to support your claim. Only PayPal/Stripe is responsible for the decision.
Please be aware that any item returned to an incorrect address or without a pre-approval email will not be accepted.
To finalize your return, furnish a receipt or proof of shipping (tracking number). You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be applied automatically.
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company, followed by your bank.
